A three-tiered approach to support children and the adults who care for them
For students who need more than just help with homework.
Academic struggles are rarely just academic. I work one-on-one with students to build both subject-area skills and the underlying executive function abilities — planning, time management, organization, task initiation, self-monitoring — that determine whether those skills actually get used. I am experienced in Orton-Gillingham reading instruction, Judith Hochman’s The Writing Revolution, and David Berg’s Making Math Real, among other modalities. Sessions are tailored to how each student's brain works, not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.
This is a fit if your student:
Struggles with organization, follow-through, or time management
Has an IEP, 504 plan, or diagnosed learning difference
Is bright but underperforming relative to their ability
Needs support that goes beyond subject tutoring alone

Family Advising & Advocacy
For families navigating a system that isn't always easy to navigate.
Whether you're just beginning to suspect your child needs support, or you're deep into neuropsych meetings and still feeling unheard, I help families understand their rights, prepare for meetings, evaluate school placements, and advocate effectively — without needing a psychology degree to do it. I attend meetings with families when needed and help translate education-system language into a clear plan of action. I also help families create strategies that can ease the tension around homework and routines at home, especially for neurodivergent students.
This is a fit if you:
Are new to the IEP/504 process and don't know where to start
Feel dismissed or overwhelmed in school meetings
Are considering a school move, in the U.S. or internationally
Want a second opinion on a school's recommended plan
Need help creating afterschool routines
School-wide Professional Development & Consulting
For schools — in the U.S. or abroad — ready to build genuinely inclusive classrooms.
I partner with school leadership and teaching staff to design and deliver professional development on inclusive education, learning support systems, and special education best practice. This isn't generic PD adapted after the fact for an international context — I've built PK-12 learning support programs from the ground up at international schools; trained large, linguistically diverse teaching staff; and designed multi-week workshops for government education ministries. Every engagement is built around your school's actual student population, staffing, resources, and culture.
Experience includes:
Leading the strategic development of a new PK-12 learning support program at an international school in West Africa
Designing a 40-hour teacher training workshop on differentiated instruction and special needs populations for a national Ministry of Education in Latin America
Training and coaching teaching staff across multiple countries, including large, culturally and linguistically diverse classrooms
Founding and leading an international peer-mentorship program for educators across 6 countries and 3 continents
This is a fit if your school:
Is building or restructuring a learning support program, including at a new or growing school
Wants to strengthen staff understanding of inclusive classroom practice and neurodiversity in a culturally sensitive way
Is expanding special education services for the first time
Needs an outside expert to assess and strengthen current practice, remotely or on-site
